Taj Mahal

Everlasting Flame

O marvelous and beauteous flame!

Light-bestowing, luminous and Nymphal!

You are brightest of stars

And most dazzling of Opals!

How can I forget your name:

O snow-white pearl and lily.

Taj Mahal…

Ethereal World

Supreme Sanctuary by Akiane Kramarik

O human spirits, if you care

Enough, see the perfect signature

Written in bold letters by nature

And with diligence, if you dare;

Realize love is an unfading flower

That illumines the heart every hour…

Chariots of fire

And did those feet in ancient time,
Walk upon England’s mountains green:
And was the holy Lamb of God,
On England’s pleasant pastures seen!

And did the Countenance Divine,
Shine forth upon our clouded hills?
And was Jerusalem builded here,
Among these dark Satanic Mills?

Bring me my Bow of burning gold;
Bring me my Arrows of desire:
Bring me my Spear: O clouds unfold!
Bring me my Chariot of fire!

I will not cease from Mental Fight,
Nor shall my Sword sleep in my hand:
Till we have built Jerusalem,
In England’s green & pleasant Land.

William Blake

Ariel

Arrival by the abstract painter Freydoon Rassouli

In creation’s translucent rays I flow.

God’s inexorable laws I know.

So I rise to empyrean zenith

Where in diligent devotion I Knit

Sublime spirits’ cloaks, and I greet

Many a kindred beings; whom I meet

Along the pearl-rich path so wondrous

To describe, and with seraph wings

Soar the azure isle emboldened by joyous

tones, o what this All-reconciling love brings

Is beyond mankind apprehension.

Divine Purity is heaven’s foundation…

First Communion

Path of the Soul

…Wrapped in deep-felt prayers, oblivious to this world of appearance; so my true essence rose to meet the up-rise Sun of divine love whose All-Encompassing beatitude embraced my now chrism-clad spirit. O marveling the sweet-rejoicing and well-pleasing canticles that surged the sublime heights of ineffable glory…

A Winter Evening

The Sanguine Moon ever mesmerizing

Amidst the sour, dour and mournful clouds.

Hours have long since passed when our day-star

Was a luminous ball of flame, rising

With wings of majesty and pouring

Out immensely from its fountain of light.

Earth now is draped in darkly shrouds

Of night, with only stars holding steadfast…
